In addition to being built on a brand new foundation, the interiors of this first floor condo features high-quality stainless-steel appliances with an open, modernized kitchen and dining area; state-of-the-art smart home technology, 10-foot ceilings, and smart entertainment technology throughout the condo; and of course, all the extra amenities you could want in a Mission Beach vacation rental!.

The Space

LIVING AREAS:

This clean and comfortable 950 square foot, two-bedroom, one-bathroom, first-floor condo is located steps from Mission Beach, shops, restaurants, Belmont Park & BeachHouse. The condo is comfortable and spacious with the living, dining and open kitchen areas combined.

KITCHEN & DINING:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home: dishes, utensils, and appliances for you to use when you're cooking up meals for the group. This new unit features state of the art appliciances including stainless steal stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The condo is equipped with basic kitchen essentials: coffee maker, toaster, nutribullet, toaster and pots and pans. A few basic pantry items such as salt and pepper are provided as well.

BEDROOMS & BATHS: There are two bedrooms in the unit that both feature TV's mounted on the wall. The master has an attached bathroom. The guest bedroom has queen bunk beds. There is a second shared bathroom in the hallway between the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have built-in closets with ample room to hang clothes, in addition to a full dresser in each bedroom. The living room has a queen-sized pull out leather couch, and a futon that pulls out to a twin. This unit sleeps a total of 9 persons comfortably.

OUTDOOR AREAS:

There is a shared common patio area in the front court-facing side of the building where the main entrance is. The building also has a shared rooftop deck with spectacular panoramic views of Mission Beach, Belmont Park and the Giant Dipper roller coaster, Mission Bay and La Jolla! 

EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS: The condo has a smart TV in every room equipped with a cable package and extras such as Netflix, Amazon Video and Apple TV channels. WiFi is also available. Linens and towels are provided for your stay and there are extras in the closets of each room. If you need to do laundry, there is a stacked washer and dryer located in the hallway outside the bedrooms.

PARKING:

A 3 car carport is behind the building in the alley. One space is provided for you. If you have an extra vehicle, street parking is available yet sometimes hard to find, but there is also a free overnight parking lot ~¼ mile away. Below is a parking map of the area that shows where you can park for free overnight. Please be sure to check all signs to avoid getting towed.
 

THE LOCATION:

Mission Beach is the center of fun and activity out of all the San Diego beach communities. The boardwalk and beach are less than 100 steps away and is always bustling in the summertime. Belmont Park is an amusement park that features the Giant Dipper wooden roller coaster, mini-golf, a zip line, rock climbing wall, ropes course, arcade and more - all located right around the corner!

Upon arrival, you will be given easy access to information to get into your rental. It will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy. Expect to have everything you would get if staying in a 5-star hotel, including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Getting Around
A Rental Car is recommended. From the condo, you can walk to restaurants, shops and the beach! If you need to get anywhere in the greater San Diego area, ride-share services are plentiful - Uber or Lyft are great ways to get around easily.

Policies

HOUSE RULES

  • No smoking, parties, or events of any kind. Evidence of such will result in penalties.
  • Max Occupancy is limited to number of persons stated in listing (No more than said number of guests inside the unit, or on any patios, roof decks, at any given time).
  • Self check-in: Anytime after 3PM and check-out by 10AM

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:

**PLEASE NOTE** Due to the nature of last-minute bookings and the cleaning schedule, EARLY CHECK-IN IS NOT AVAILABLE. However, you will be notified the morning of your arrival as soon as the unit is confirmed cleaned and ready for check-in. LATE CHECK-OUT IS NOT AVAILABLE as the cleaning service will arrive shortly after the 10am check-out time (usually by 10:30am) to prepare the condo for the next guests.

Cleaning & Linen Service Policy:

The home is provided with pillows, linens, blankets, towels, kitchen towels, comforters, hand towels and washcloths including extras located in closets. A cleaning service to clean the house and linens on your departure is included on your invoice. You are responsible that all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in plastic bags, and soiled dishes and cooking utensils are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. It is standard for beds to be made for guests arrival as part of the linen and cleaning service included in the required fees item in your booking total. The home is provided with a starter set of toilet paper and paper towels. Owners do not guarantee that these extra items will always be available, and guests may need to replenish their own paper goods, toiletries, and laundry detergent, etc.
 

Other Things To Note


NOISE IS THE MOST SERIOUS ISSUE: First, we need to reiterate that this is NOT a party house. We have had complaints from the neighbors in the past about guests throwing parties or being loud late at night. This is simply not allowed. If your group is loud and disrespectful, I will get a call from the neighbors and you will be asked to leave, forfeiting your deposit. We take this very seriously and you should too. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at any time.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY:

Maximum Occupancy is listed number of persons: No more than said number of guests in the unit at any given time - immediate action for violating the terms in the Rental Agreement will be taken, as there is zero-tolerance policy for excess persons, noise after quiet hours, and disrespecting nearby residents and neighbors who live in this community.

*STRICT QUIET HOURS start at 9PM on weekdays and 10pm on weekends.

*PLEASE CLOSE ALL WINDOWS AND BALCONY GLASS DOORS THROUGHOUT THE CONDO if you are playing music or talking loudly, and walk outside to assess your noise level. Turn down all music after 10pm.

*NOISE COMPLAINT FINE OF $500-$1500: Any formal noise complaint issued by neighbors or City Officers will result in a $500-$15000 fine deducted from the security deposit. Police have the right to fine EACH guests an additional amount up to $1,000 for first time noise complaints. Noise travels far at night.

**There will be no warnings (consider reading this your first warning).
  1. 1-Strike policy applies for noise violations. You MUST abide by all items listed in the Rental Agreement. 1st offense is the forfeit of $500 of your security deposit.
  2. Second offense will be an additional $500, the police will be contacted and a complaint will be filed, and you will be asked to leave for violating the terms of the Agreement.
  3. If you refuse to leave and do not vacate the property, or have more than 2 violations issued, we will issue a 3rd $500 fine for a total of $1,500 and the police will be called to arrive at the house. Before they arrive, it would be wise to vacate the premises. In this case, property managers reserve the right to remove your personal items from the property until the police arrive.
