This rental was recently upgraded with new floors, kitchen and counters, furnishings and also opened up spaces in the main living area at the beginning of June - just in time for summer! 

This spot makes for an ideal vacation home that's perfect for groups of all sizes (11 persons max inside at any given time). With 4 bedrooms spread throughout the 3 floors, this rental is great for group trips, girls weekends, family or any type of group vacations!

The 4 bedroom 'Beach Pad' sits in the heart of Mission Beach! About 100 steps to the beach (with ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd floor patios) and 300 steps to the bay! This is a fun place for people who are looking for a great vacation and just want to relax on the beach, play music and games outside, BBQ, or have a fire on the patio at night or even the beach!

With so much to do in the area - and summertime beach vibes flowing strong, how much time are you really going to spend inside? Well in case you do decide to come inside, read a little more details about the rental below.
 

VACATION RENTAL ESSENTIALS:

All the essentials are included to make your stay that much more comfortable. Below are some of the amenities you will enjoy as a guest. 

Professional cleaning services by Executive Cleaning & Janitorial prepare the vacation home for your stay with:
  • Fresh linens/sheets, pillow cases.
  • Bath towels, hand towels
  • Soap, Shampoo and hand wash
  • Paper towels, clean dish cloths
  • Clean linens and towels are always provided for your stay as part of the cleaning service, and there are a few extra sets in the hall closet.
In addition, the owners provide guests with a few most necessary amenities including a hair dryer , iron and board, coffee maker; And, some beach equipment like  bodyboards and a WaveStorm surfboard, beach chairs, a beach fire pit.and a couple bikes in the garage for you to use and enjoy.
 

LIVING & COMMON AREAS:

Plenty of room on all 3 floors for up to 11 guests! (No more than 11 allowed inside the condo at any given time during your stay).
This clean and comfortable 1400 square foot, four-bedroom, three bathrooms, 3-story condo is located steps from Mission Beach boardwalk, shops, restaurants, Belmont Park & Giant Dipper Roller Coaster. The condo is casual and spacious with the living, dining and open kitchen areas combined. 

The bottom patio has a large picnic table, charcoal bbq, gas bbq, room for extra chairs, and a mobile fire pit. The second story balcony has an outdoor breakfast table with ocean views. 

The roof patio is set up with outdoor furniture for 8 with glimpses of the water and ready for you to enjoy beautiful sunsets.
 

KITCHEN & DINING: 

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances to make you feel right at home when you're cooking. There is a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven, granite countertops, spices, blender, and a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary teas and coffee.

The renovations opened up the kitchen to the main living area, with views of Isthmus Court from the balcony (makes for great people watching).

OUTDOOR AREAS:

GROUND FLOOR FRONT PATIO
Private patio on ground floor is perfect for that summer BBQ! The front yard can act like a home base for going back and forwth from the beach, which is only about 50 steps away! Watch as the rest of the neighborhood and other rental guests nearby congregate around the boardwalk every night to watch the sunsets together - one of the special and unique aspects of this nice beach community.

SECOND FLOOR DECK
Located right off the main living room next to the dining area, with a couple extra chairs for larger groups to sit during meal time and the best seats in the room to people watch off the balcony!

THIRD FLOOR VIEWING DECK
Excellent views of the ocean and all of beach side of Isthmus Court. Access available to everyone in the house, up the stairs from the main living area.
 

GARAGE & PARKING: 

A long attached garage is located behind the condo in the alley and fits 1 car, with a door that opens up to the main living area. 
If you have more than one vehicle, street parking is free and available, yet in the summertime sometimes hard to find. However, there is also a free overnight parking lot ~¼ mile away (A map will be provided with your arrival instructions).

Belmont Park is the main attraction in the area - an amusement park that features the Giant Dipper wooden roller coaster, mini-golf, a zip line, rock climbing wall, ropes course, arcade and more - all located right around the corner!

HOUSE RULES:

  • No smoking, parties, or events. Noise ordinance starts at 10pm.
  • Max Occupancy is 11 persons (No more than 11 guests in the unit at any given time).
  • Self check-in: Anytime after 3PM and check-out by 10AM
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: **PLEASE NOTE** Due to the nature of last-minute bookings and the cleaning schedule, EARLY CHECK-IN IS NOT AVAILABLE. However, you will be notified the morning of your arrival as soon as the unit is confirmed cleaned and ready for check-in. LATE CHECK-OUT IS NOT AVAILABLE as the cleaning service will arrive shortly after the 10am check-out time (usually by 10:30am) to prepare the condo for the next guests.
 

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY:

NOISE IS THE MOST SERIOUS ISSUE: First, we need to reiterate that this is NOT a party house. We have had complaints from the neighbors in the past about guests throwing parties or being loud late at night. This is simply not allowed. If your group is loud and disrespectful, I will get a call from the neighbors and you will be asked to leave, forfeiting your deposit. We take this very seriously and you should too. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at any time.

NOISE COMPLAINT FINE OF $300-$1000: Any formal noise complaint issued by neighbors or City Officers will result in a $300-$1000 fine deducted from the security deposit. Police have the right to fine guests up to $1,000 for first time noise complaints. Noise travels far at night.  

PLEASE CLOSE ALL WINDOWS AND BALCONY GLASS DOORS THROUGHOUT THE CONDO if you are playing music or talking loudly, and walk outside to assess your noise level. 

STRICT QUIET HOURS start at 9PM on weekdays and 10pm on weekends.
 

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS:

If anything needs immediate attention, please contact us and we will send someone to take a look at the issue and will try to resolve it within 24 hours of your request. We appreciate all your feedback on minor issues as well, and we will see to it they get fixed as soon as possible.
 
**THERE IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE $225 CLEANING FEE REQUIRED FOR EVERY STAY**
