How do I book a home?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you can call our office at 619-800-1823 and a receptionist will be glad to help you.
 
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
 
What are the Payment Terms?
100% of the payment is due at time of booking.
 
What are the Cancelation/Refund Policies?
60-day cancellation policy. 100% refund for reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date.
 
What is supplied in the home?
Paper towels, dish soap, hand towels, bath towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, salt & pepper, cooking oil, sugar, basic seasonings.
 
Is there parking or a garage?
Yes. There is a dedicated garage spot for your rental. However, garage spaces are VERY SMALL! The garage fits SMALL, COMPACT CARS ONLY! If you are having trouble parking inside the garage, some guests choose to pull in the space and climb out the rear of the car (There won’t be much room on either side for larger cars). If your car DOES NOT fit, a map of the area highlighting free overnight parking will be provided.
 
Is there early check-in or late check-out?
No. Early check-in is only available if the unit has already been cleaned in the event there are no guests checking out the morning of your arrival. Late check-out is only possible if there are no guests checking in the day you depart. If available, early check-in and late check-out is at 12:00 pm.
 
Is there an occupancy limit?
Yes. No more than 7 persons are allowed to stay the night.
 
Can I bring my pet with me?
We offer several homes, some of which allow pets and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the "vacation rentals" tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Or you can call our office at 619-800-1823 and a receptionist would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet.

Do I have to refill the propane tank for the fire pit if it runs out?
Yes. You can fill up the propane tanks for the grill or fire pit at local gas station for less than $20. (See attached).
 
Will I be charged for cleaning?
Yes. There is a non-negotiable cleaning fee for every reservation that gets paid to a third party cleaning service to ensure the property is regularly kept-up and in pristine condition before every guest check-in.
 
Do I have to pay the tourism fee?
Yes, the San Diego Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is 10.5%.
 
Is there rooftop access?
Yes. The building offers a shared rooftop deck available to all guests.
 
What’s your Good Neighbor Policy if it gets too loud?
Applies to noise complaints and nearby construction. Noise ordinance starts at 10pm. Construction on nearby properties occur throughout the year and may get noisey. If you are having a problem with either of these, please contact us.
 
What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some homes having game rooms, hot tubs and BBQ grills. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.
